Shredded cheese, diced ham, sausage crumbles, beef crumbles at 52-53f. Ricotta 49-50, Swiss cheese 49 and cheddar cheese at 52F. Manager discarded. **Warning** – From follow-up inspection 2026-03-03: At callback, in flip top reach in cooler sausage crumbles 50F. Operator stated he just refilled pan and began to put more ice in top of cooler under pans.
