03A-02-5High Priority – Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Item stored in front counter reach-in cooler: milk (45F – Cold Holding). Manager stated milk was at proper temperature at 9:00 am and the door was opened quite a bit. Manager turned temperature in cooler down to reduce temperature to 41F. **Corrective Action Taken**
29-42-4High Priority – Vacuum breaker missing at mop sink faucet or on fitting/splitter added to mop sink faucet. Vacuum breaker on hose side of splitter in mop sink.
