Operator removed all of the following items to place inside walk in cooler for quick chill. **Corrective Action Taken** **Warning** – From follow-up inspection 2026-03-10: Mozzarella, fresh (51F – Cold Holding); pre cooked sausage patties (44F-47F – Cold Holding).
