Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly: tested twice at 0 ppm Chlorine. Operator set up triple sink, and called for service. **Corrective Action Taken** **Warning** – From follow-up inspection 2026-04-01: Operator followed up with ECOLab on 3/24 and 3/27, and ECOLAB has not came by establishment. District Manager was to follow up on 3/31. ECOlab has not came to repair dishwasher. Operator has placed an out of service sign on dishwasher. Operator is using triple sink to sanitize all items. Triple sink sanitizer is at 200 ppm Quaternary. **Time Extended** **Corrective Action Taken**
