Basic – Bathroom located inside establishment not completely enclosed with tight-fitting, self-closing doors. Observed restroom door not self closing door. Maintenance now here to n stall door closure on restroom door. **Corrective Action Taken**

Basic – Covered waste receptacle not provided in women's bathroom. Observed waste receptacle in unisex restroom missing a lid.

Basic – Food stored on floor. Observed two containers of oil stored on floor next to storage rack. Operator removed both oils to properly store. **Corrected On-Site**

Basic – No conspicuously located ambient air temperature thermometer in holding unit. Observed multiple ribs on cook line and kitchen without an ambient thermometer. Operator stated they were still packed up.
