At the server station observed butter held on time control, operator stated butter was taken out right before start of inspection and is only out from 12-2:30pm. Operator stated they will time mark butter.

36-17-5Basic – Floor tiles missing and/or in disrepair on the cook line and back food prep area. Operator stated floors are being replaced within weeks coming up.
