22-49-4High Priority – – From initial inspection : High Priority – Dishmachine not sanitizing properly. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Observed dishwasher machine ( right side of the room) with chlorine sanitizer concentration 0 ppm. Person in charge called Ecolab technician and shut off the machine , and started using the one located on the left side of the room. **Corrective Action Taken** **Repeat Violation** **Warning** – From follow-up inspection 2026-04-24: Dishmachine is labeled out of service. Executive chef contacted Ecolab Senior Corporate to replace the machine. **Time Extended**
