Observed cut leafy greens (47F – Cold Holding); cooked noodles (50F – Cold Holding); cooked potato (50F – Cold Holding); raw chicken (47F – Cold Holding) Operator states raw chicken and potatoes were in walk in cooler since following day and discarded. The operator iced down the cut leafy greens, and cooked noodles. Observed cooked noodles (68F – Cold Holding); brown rice (63F – Cold Holding)outside of refrigeration on cook line. The operator states the items had been out less than 1 hour and were moved to walk in cooler. **Corrective Action Taken** **Repeat Violation** **Warning** – From follow-up inspection 2026-04-17: Observed cut leafy greens – 52F, cooked noodles – 63F, raw chicken in marinade – 52F, raw chicken – 47F. The items had been in the cooler for over 4 hours and the operator discarded. **Admin Complaint** – From follow-up inspection 2026-04-20: Observed cut leafy greens – 47F, cooked noodles – 47F, raw chicken in marinade -47F and raw chicken -43F. The raw chicken was delivered this morning, however the walk in cooler is not maintaining a temperature of 41F or below. The operator is relocating items to walk in cooler of neighboring business in the same mall. **Admin Complaint** **Corrective Action Taken** – From follow-up inspection 2026-04-21: Observed Raw chicken in marinade – 46F, cooked Rice – 51F, Cooked noodles 48F in walk in cooler.
