Observed 8 live roaches in the following locations: 2 on floor under reach-in freezers by storage hallway, 4 on floor in employee restroom marked 'out of order' by reach-in cooler and freezers by storage hallway, 1 on wall behind 3 compartment sink, and 1 under 3 compartment sink on grease trap. **Warning** – From follow-up inspection 2026-04-23: Upon callback, observed 5 live roaches in the following locations: 1 crawling up side of hand washing sink by back door, 1 on floor under reach-in chest freezer, 1 in corner of kitchen by employee bathroom, 1 along doorframe inside employee bathroom, and 1 from underneath reach-in coolers in middle of kitchen. **Time Extended**
