Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. 0 ppm. – From follow-up inspection 2026-05-15: Ran 7 cycles. No sanitizer present. Plastic tube was found on floor when I arrived. Employee put tub in sanitizer container and machine does not prime solution to tank.
