Observed six live flying insects, one at shelving up unit of warewashing area and one in dry storage area by bag and box system. On front counter cook line two live flys on cookie display case and two on the flip top pf the reach in coolers. **Warning** – From follow-up inspection 2026-05-18: At time of follow up inspection, two flies observed at front counter cook line on glass doors of reach in cooler.
