Walk in cooler at 57F ambient during inspection. Cream cheese, tofu, shrimp, chicken, cooked chicken, raw shell eggs, noodles, cut lettuce at 49-62F. Person in charge states unit was at 50F this morning upon arrival, called for service prior to inspectors arrival. Repair service on site by end of inspection. – From follow-up inspection 2026-05-21: In walk in cooler cooked chicken at 45F. Other items in unit 42-43F. Person in charge provided picture from this morning showing ambient temperature of unit at 39F. Exterior ambient thermometer reading 47F at callback. Inspectors thermometer reading 46F ambient.
