12A-07-5High Priority – Employee failed to wash hands before putting on gloves to initiate a task working with food. Observed employee on cook line remove gloves and start to put on new gloves with no hand washing in between. I spoke with employee on proper handwashing techniques between gloves changes. He washed hands and put on new gloves. I watched him do correct hand washing technique 2 other times. **Corrected On-Site**
