Observed the following stored at room temperature Alfredo (66F – Cold Holding) manager stated it had been out for 2 hours prior to inspection. Manager placed in cooler. **Corrective Action Taken**

Observed string cheese on time plan with no four hour time marking. Manager stated it was taken out of cooler and put on time two hours prior to inspection.
