Observed approximately 15+ live flying insects flying next to hand sink and landing on take out bags and containers behind register at front counter. Observed approximately 10+ live flying insects flying around hand sink and floor drain at front counter entrance, landing on clean cutting board and near blender. Observed 5+ live flying insects flying near floor drain under triple sink and landing on cutting board where raw chicken was being prepared in back prep area. Observed 2 live flying insects landing on napkin dispenser at soda station. Observed 2 live flying insects landing on heat lamp at front counter where take out orders are stored and on top of cookie display box.
