35A-02-7High Priority – Live, small flying insects found Observed 2 to 3 flying insects in pie, muffin and cooking display case. One flying insect landed on a cookie. Manager had the cookie discarded. Manager had all pie, muffins and rest of the cookies removed. They are cleaning out the empty display case and sanitize it. Called supervisor on duty and stated administrative complaint next day call back **Corrective Action Taken** **Admin Complaint**
