35A-02-7High Priority – – From initial inspection : High Priority – Live, small flying insects found. Observed approximately 4 flying insects in kitchen area. Observed one flying insect in second floor bar area. **Warning** – From follow-up inspection 2026-06-16: Observed three live flying insects in 1st floor bar near dishmachine chemicals. Observed three flying insects in back kitchen near back door and clean dishware storage. 31A-04-4Intermediate – – From initial inspection : Intermediate – Handwash sink removed from food preparation/dishwashing area. Must be reinstalled in the same location where removed. Hand wash sink on far cook line by oven was removed approximately one year ago per person in charge. Indicated on plans are required in that area. Also, two hand wash sinks in kitchen had strainer/ pitcher in sink. Items were removed. **Corrective Action Taken** **Warning** – From follow-up inspection 2026-06-16: Per person in charge unable to easily plumb sink back in, has drawn plans without sink to submit to plan review to see if they will approve. **Time Extended** – From follow-up inspection 2026-06-17: Person in charge needs more time for plans to be submitted/ approved. **Time Extended**
51-16-7Intermediate – – From initial inspection : Intermediate – No plan review submitted and approved – renovations were made or are in progress. Must submit plans and plan review application to DBPR H and R Plan Review office located at 2601 Blair Stone Rd., Tallahassee, FL 32399-1011. Plans must be submitted AND approved within 60 days. The direct link to the Plan Review page is https://www2.myfloridalicense.com/hotels-restaurants/licensing/plan-review/. according to plans on file, mop sink has been removed from dishpit area and is located out back between kitchen and outdoor bar, person in charge states is utilizing floor drain. Hand wash sink has been removed labeled #5 on plans by ovens. Dishmachines have been added to all bars. Storage area and office have replaced private dining area on second floor. Hand wash sink has been added to prep area off of kitchen. Also, establishment is storing single service items, bulk spices on 4th floor attic. **Warning** – From follow-up inspection 2026-06-16: Person in charge is working on drawing up new plans.
