The ranch dressing is in a pan stored on top of the other pans in the refrigerated make-table, above the safe load line indicated on the machine. Manager stated the ranch is made with milk and she is unsure how long it has been stored this way. Manager voluntarily discarded the ranch during this inspection. **Corrected On-Site**
