Basic – No conspicuously located ambient air temperature thermometer in holding unit. -thermometer in drink reach in cooler by truck entrance is broken and fixed to the top of the cooler unit. Discussed with operator the importance of proper temperature monitoring, with a working thermometer in the warmest part of the cooler.
