28-13-6High Priority – Raw sewage on ground of establishment. Upon inspection, observed water leaking from grey water tank overflow tube onto ground. Observed grey water tank to be full. Operator began emptying grey water tank during inspection. Also observed potable water leaking from bottom corner of MFDV. Operator stated he believes one of the connections for potable water has come loose and stated he will attempt to fix connection after draining grey water tank. **Warning**
