Upon inspection, observed precooked sausage crumbles 44f, precooked beef crumbles 46f in lower pizza make bar cooler. Manager stated cooler has been opened frequently for preparation of food as well as restocking upper pizza make bar cooler.

36-51-4Basic – Building components, attachments or fixtures in poor repair. Upon inspection, observed kitchen area of establishment to be warm. Manager stated air conditioning company had turned off air conditioning for service earlier today, but has been turned back on. Initial indoor temperature on thermostat observed to be 86f. During inspection, observed temperature to have dropped to 85f and appears cooler in kitchen area.
