03A-02-5High Priority – Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. In the two drawer cooler at the entrance to the cook line cooked chicken wings (46F – Cold Holding). Per operator the cooked chicken wings have been in the drawer cooler for 1 hour. Operator moved the cooked chicken wings to the bottom of the make cooler to the right. **Corrective Action Taken**
03B-01-6High Priority – Time/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. In the steam tsble next to the grill cooked onions (126F – Hot Holding). Operator stirred the cooked onions to combine, cooked onions 169F reheating. **Corrected On-Site**
