12A-09-4High Priority – Single-use gloves not changed as needed after changing tasks or when damaged or soiled. Observed operator grab sanitation wet wiping cloth from sanitation bucket with glove on. Started to wipe down there area that they was working and put the wiping cloth back into the sanitation bucket. Then grab Ready to Eat item (taco hard shell) still with the same gloves on. Operator is reeducated by manager to take off dirty gloves after wiping down area with sanitation wiping cloth. Wash hands properly and then reapply new clean gloves before starting new task. **Corrected On-Site**
