Observed an employee drink from their phone cup without a straw and then handle clean utensils without washing their hands or putting on gloves. Operator had them wash their hands and run the utensils through the machine. **Corrective Action Taken**
03B-01-6High Priority – Time/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed in a steam table: Beer cheese (100F – Hot Holding) Operator stated it has been there for approximately 1hr after reheating. Operator set it back on the flattop and got it to 165F. **Corrected On-Site**

31A-09-4Intermediate – Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Observed multiple dishes stacked into their kitchen hand sink. Operator removed them. **Corrected On-Site**

22-20-5Basic – Accumulation of black/green mold-like substance in the interior of the ice machine/bin. Observed black buildup inside their ice machine. **Repeat Violation**
16-03-4Basic – Accumulation of debris inside warewashing machine. Observed the inside of their dish machine doors with debris buildup.
08B-49-4Basic – Employee personal food not properly identified and segregated from food to be served to the public. Observed employee food improperly stored in multiple coolers. Operator stored and labeled the products properly. **Corrected On-Site**
