Observed the following food temperatures greater than 41°F; beef empanadas (74F – Cold Holding); chicken empanadas (79F – Cold Holding); cheese (77F – Cold Holding) All located on front counter at ambient temperature. Advised manager that temperature control for safety food shall be at 41 degrees Fahrenheit or less. Per manager all food had only been out for about 1 hour. Manager moved to reach in cooler.
