31A-11-4Intermediate – Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed one employee wet a towel at handwashing sink next to three compartment sink. Discussed with manager.
31B-03-4Intermediate – No soap provided at handwash sink. No soap or handwashing sign available at handwashing sink in drive-through station. Manager provided soap and handwashing sign at time of inspection. Management stated that Wendy's corporate office allowed handwashing sinks to be used as dump sinks and/or non-handwashing sinks as long as the handwashing sign has been removed. A plan review handout has been provided to the manager at time of inspection. **Corrected On-Site**
