Basic – Equipment in poor repair. Ice bin in back in disrepair. Upon inspection metal sheet not flush with machine and allowing large hole into top of storage area of machine. Metal sheet is also bent in corner, and not allowing a complete closure of the top of the unit when pushed back in place.

Basic – Garbage can/ dumpster located outside has no lid or lid open/broken. Dumpster lid in disrepair.

Basic – Hole in or other damage to wall. Hole in wall at wall junction by back door.

Basic – Plumbing system in disrepair. Hand washing sink pedals not properly functioning in kitchen. Sink pedals by glass front reach-in cooler not fastened to ground completely, not allowing sink to turn on at all times. Sink pedal missing on other side of wall from drive thru area, but still functional.
