01B-02-5High Priority – Stop Sale issued on time/temperature control for safety food due to temperature abuse. Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. In the smaller walk in cooler where drinks are stored observed a cart with cut melon (53F – Cold Holding); whole milk (58F – Cold Holding); almond milk (53F – Cold Holding) sliced ham (53F – Cold Holding); sliced turkey (53F – Cold Holding). Operator stated foods are taken out from 6am-7am and placed back in to cold holding by 7:15am.
