03A-02-5High Priority – Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. In the drop in cooler next to the flat top grill. The out of temperature items were above the fill line on the pans. Per operator items are loaded into the cooler in the morning and have been in the cooler less than 4 hours. Operator removed over stocked portions to the walk in cooler. **Corrective Action Taken**

06-01-5Basic – Time/temperature control for safety food thawed in an improper manner. Beef chili and cheese sauce thawing in standing water in the triple sink. Operator turned on the cold running water. **Corrected On-Site**
42-01-4Basic – Wet mop not stored in a manner to allow the mop to dry. There is a wet mop in the basin of the mop sink. Operator inverted the wet mop. **Corrected On-Site**
