36-32-5Basic – Ceiling/ceiling tile shows damage or is in disrepair. Ceiling tiles in storage area have water damage. Per operator landlord is in process of repairing roof. Ceiling tiles in warewash area has been moved.
31B-04-4Basic – No handwashing sign provided at a hand sink used by food employees. Handwashing sink at front counter and in bathroom.
33-31-5Basic – Unnecessary items/unused equipment on the premises. 2 Chest freezers and other food storage equipment in hallway leading to bathroom. Per operator they are going to discard items.
