36-73-4Basic – Floor soiled/has accumulation of debris. Floor in multiple spots of front line soiled with food debris and black build up Also, floor under fryer at front line soiled with grease and food debris. Also, floor under shelving in back kitchen soiled with food debris.

Manager stated someone was already out to look at it and is in the process of fixing. **Corrective Action Taken**
