In reach in cooler in back room- Cooked ground beef (45F – Cold Holding); refried beans (49F – Cold Holding); cooked steak (47F – Cold Holding) All three date marked 7/19. Other items in this cooler temped 41F and below. Operator says these items had not been taken out today, nor did they receive a delivery that would have caused temperatures to increase. Items were in bottom of cooler, other items higher in cooler temped well. We moved the thermometer from to top of the cooler where it was reading 35F, to the bottom of the cooler where it read 44.6F. Operator will discontinue use of this unit until it has been repaired and can hold all foods at 41F and below. **Repeat Violation** **Admin Complaint**
