Walk-in freezer floor with heavy black build up. Walls at the stove, in the hallway between the dishroom/kitchen and under the duishmachine are soiled. Ceiling in kitchen with food debris. Floors on server line have heavy black build up around the baseboard area on the right side of the line. **Repeat Violation**

Basic – Ice buildup in reach-in freezer and/or walk-in freezer. Ice buildup up observed in ice cream reach-in freezer and on the back of cooling unit in the walk-in freezer.
