03A-02-5High Priority – Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed cut tomatoes cold held at 45F at front line and TCS cheese at 44F. Per operator both items transfer to made shift table 1 hour prior to the inspection. Operator placed more ice on items for quick chill. **Corrective Action Taken**
