Observed sliced Swiss cheese, sliced American cheese (46F-47F – Cold Holding) in top of flip top reach-in cooler across from oven. Observed cheese stacked higher than chill line of pan. Observed spray bottle containing toxic substance stored on prep table next to shake machine, and also a spray bottle of same substance stored on top of single use to go cups in cabinet below self dispensing soda machine.
