03A-02-5High Priority – Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed potato salad, cooked pork (46F-47F – Cold Holding) in reach-in cooler. Operator removed foods and placed in main kitchen freezer to chill. Re-temped at end of inspection and both foods at 43F **Corrected On-Site**
