03A-02-5High Priority – Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed cut tomatoes cold held in walk in cooler at 46F. Per operator, tomatoes transfer to unit 3.5 hours before the inspection. Operator removed to reach in freezer for quick chill. . Observed hotdogs cold held at 44F at front line cooler. Per operator, item transfer to unit 3 hours prior to the inspection. Operator placed ice packs on hotdogs for quick chill. **Corrective Action Taken**

36-24-5Basic – Hole in or other damage to wall. Observed an hole in wall next to electrical breaker box.
