25-05-4Basic – Single-service articles improperly stored. In the dry storage area, a case of open 4oz disposable plastic soufflé cups and a case of 8oz plastic disposable cups were stored on the floor. The cases were moved up by the chef during the inspection. **Corrected On-Site**
