Basic – Floor soiled/has accumulation of debris. Floor has large amount of dust and flour behind main pizza oven. Operator has been informed and is taking measures to clean and dust the area.

Basic – Food stored on floor. Jugs of water seen stored on floor near large reach-in coolerAÂ and dry storage area. Canned drinks stored on floor near dry storage rack in back of restaurant.

Basic – Painters tape used to repair nonfood-contact surface. Painters tape used on head of stand mixer near three compartment sink. Operator has contacted Hobart to come out and make proper repairs.

Basic – Plumbing system in disrepair. Cold water faucet does not work on handwashing sinks closest to three compartment sink. Operator was informed and has began making arrangements for a replacement sink to be installed.
