Intermediate – Employee washed hands in a sink other than an approved handwash sink. Observed employees washing hands in triple sink due too only hand washing station out of order. **Warning**

Intermediate – No handwash sink for employees. Observed only hand washing station in food service area out of order. Person in charge stepped out to hardware store to get supplies to fix and stated they will have it operational within the hour. **Warning**
