22-41-4High Priority – Dishmachine chlorine sanitizer not at proper minimum strength. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Chlorine tested at 0 PPM, tube for chlorine fell out of dish machine pump for drawing chlorine into dish machine. Discussed with manager to set up three compartment sink until repaired to dish machine can be made. Three compartment sink utilizes Sink and Surface, tested at 700 PPM at time of inspection. Manager reattached chlorine tube to pump, chlorine tested at 50 PPM at time of inspection. **Corrected On-Site**
