Observed ground beef in the make line reach in cooler next to the oven with a temperature of 53°F operator stated that the beef was made last night and put into the cooler. See Stop Sale. Manager discarded at her discretion. Gave manager proper cooling procedures handout.
12A-07-5High Priority – Employee failed to wash hands before putting on gloves to initiate a task working with food. Observed the operator put on gloves to move containers of food without washing their hands first.
