Basic – Accumulation of black/green mold-like substance in the interior of the ice machine/bin. Observed at one of the units at bar area.

Basic – Ceiling/ceiling tiles/vents soiled with accumulated food debris, grease, dust, or mold-like substance. Observed some ac air vent soiled.

Basic – Cutting board has cut marks and is no longer cleanable. Observed several auxiliary cutting boards with marks not longer cleanable.

Basic – Equipment and utensils not rinsed between washing and sanitizing. Observed chlorine sanitizer staff washing and rinsing a cutting board and not sanitizing, instructed owner to use dishwasher machine after for final sanitizer step. **Corrective Action Taken**

Basic – Exterior door has a gap at the threshold that opens to the outside. Observed at rear door exit by bathroom hall.

Basic – Hood ventilation system inadequate as evidenced by grease accumulation on walls/ceiling.

Basic – Reach-in cooler interior/shelves have accumulation of soil residues. Observed small reach in cooling unit at cook line soiled.

Basic – Walk-in cooler/freezer shelves with rust that has pitted the surface.
