Door was locked at time of inspection with sign on door that states "employees only" Manager removed sign and unlocked door before end of inspection, Manager stated she was going to keep bathroom door locked and customers can ask for key, I did let her know that was okay to do, but no employee only signage is not permitted. **Corrected On-Site**
