01B-13-4High Priority – Stop Sale issued due to food not being in a wholesome, sound condition. Watermelon drink made on premises and bottled for self service, no ingredients, no date, no establishment information on bottle. Educated operator she cannot sell the drink until it is properly labeled.

14-01-5Basic – Bowl or other container with no handle used to dispense food. Foam cup used to scoop peanuts, educated operator requires a handle and she discarded. **Corrected On-Site**
