08B-47-4Basic – Food not stored at least 6 inches off of the floor. Multiple boxed items inside the walk-in freezer in the kitchen. The kitchen manager informed me that the boxed items belong to a different business(FishHead) on the same property. I was also told this has been addressed before, but the issue is still occurring.
