Operator has copy of DBPR Form HR 5030-103. Operator had employee read and sign form. **Corrective Action Taken**
02C-02-5Intermediate – Ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food prepared onsite and held more than 24 hours not properly date marked. In the stand alone cooler next to stove observed a container of cooked pork without a date mark. Operator stated cooked pork was made two days prior to inspection. Discussed property date marking with operator.
