03A-02-5High Priority – Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Upon inspection, observed raw chicken 44f in walk-in cooler near cooler door. Manager stated cooler door open frequently recently due to food prep. Also observed cleanup of product spill on floor causing door to be opened frequently and propped open briefly to mop floor during inspection. Manager moved raw chicken to another area in cooler during inspection. **Corrective Action Taken**
