Establishment has no approved Alternative Operating Procedure. Employee touching pitas with barehands after grilling. Employee washed hands and put gloves on . 36-32-5Basic – Ceiling/ceiling tile shows damage or is in disrepair in a section of the dining room from a roof leak per manager. There is no active leaks and section of dining area is partitioned off with plastic covering . Service repair provided during closing hours .
