Basic – Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed mold like substance build up on gaskets of walk-in cooler door. **Repeat Violation**

Basic – Old labels stuck to food containers after cleaning. Observed old labels stuck to clean containers stored on drying rack above three compartment sink.

Basic – Standing water in floor drain/floor drain draining very slowly. Observed floor drain for walk-in cooler condensation line not draining or draining slowly and is overflowing on to floor.
